Creating ecosystem

First, we conducted stakeholder & MVP workshops

Once we understood the needs and goals of stakeholders, including educators, students, and administrators, we combined them with our business goals.

Combined business and user goals in Miro boards to identify activities & deliverables.

Workshopped what our minimal viable product was.

Designed, tested and iterated in a collaborative way.

Building from the legacy CRM (called mighty networks) we designed an educational urban farming course that includes content like interviews, recipesand live events as well as a digital community of urban farmers.

“Wireframing” iteration included mapping screenshots built along our customer journey map in Miro.

Understood the customer journey & opportunities for improvement.

Continually tested and iterated the customer journey.

Branding & UI work

While building Ecosystem on the Mighty networks platform the ecosystem branding project was also created where I completed many different UI components for the platform and other print and digital marketing requirements.
